Rental Policy

*Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More processes all reservation requests on a first come first serve basis via our online site. Payments are due in full at time of booking. Drivers do not collect payments.

Rental Period: Our equipment is rented by the event, however there is an 8 hour maximum time limit. Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More only guarantees your equipment rental for the hours you have requested; indicated by the start and end time of your event.

Delivery Times: Our Bounce Houses and Inflatables are delivered within a 3 hour delivery window generally between 9am to 12pm and picked up the same afternoon or evening. For Park, School, Church, and Corporate delivery sites we can coordinate a delivery time that is as close to your start as possible, while still allowing time for proper set up. We like to start set up at least one hour before the start of the event, we strive to have equipment rentals set up 30 minutes before the start of an event. Our Drivers have several locations on their delivery route, it's extremely important that the contact person responsible for the event to be on time to meet the driver for safety and set up instructions. 

Yard Cardz setup and delivery will take place at 6:30pm the day prior to your requested delivery date and will be picked up at 6:30pm the day of unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.

Set up:  It is the customer's responsibility to measure in advance and ensure there is adequate space and provide a flat clean area that is free of dog feces, debris, or sharp objects. If the Driver is unable to set up for reasons above or if unsafe conditions exist, the Customer will be charged a $100 fee. It's important that we know in advance if you plan to set up on grass or concrete. Inflatables can ONLY be operated safely if they are secured and anchored properly. We bring stakes or sandbags depending on where the unit will be set up. Customer is also required to supply 100ft water hose or we can provide one for a rental fee of $30.00. If you make changes, please let us know (especially from grass to cement) to ensure our Drivers will have the proper equipment. Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More is not liable for any damage done to your sprinkler system, you will be responsible for letting our Drivers know where it is to avoid any damage.                         

ATTENTION: Drivers can NOT go up and down stairs and/or hills, etc. Set up location must be easily accessible from the delivery truck.

Payment Policy: All payments for bounce houses, inflatables, and yard cardz are due in full upon booking.

Power requirements: Customer is responsible for power. Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Typically we need (1) 20-amp circuit for EACH blower; other items can NOT be plugged into the same circuit. We furnish one 50' extension cord. Unit needs to be placed within 85' of power source.

Adult Supervision: Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More does not supply attendants, you or your designated attendant(s) must be present at the time of delivery. Safety briefings are ALWAYS given after set up at ALL events; we require a signature stating you have received and understand all operating and safety instructions. Accidents on equipment generally result from 1) too many participants or mixing age groups on a unit 2) flips and roughhousing, 3) unit not kept secured. Attendants should monitor number and age of participants and ensure they're following rules and acting responsibility. Inflatable stake/anchor weights should also be checked periodically to ensure they are in place.

Damages: Customer is responsible for all damages to inflatables/bounce houses and yard cardz and any cleaning charges ($50 to $500) due to misuse (food, gum, rocks, etc). Someone should be with the unit until time of pick up to avoid any problems. A flat rate of $1,000 is applied if any silly string is found on the unit. Silly string causes irreversible damage to any inflatable.

Pick Up Times: Backyard parties are generally picked up within 2 hours of your event end time for inflatables and bounce houses. Yard Cardz are picked up at 6:30pm the day of appointment. No one need to be available for pickup of Yard Cardz. If the Driver shows up to pick up inflatables/bounce houses and there is no one at the site or the gates are locked, you will be subject to an additional pickup fee. Schools, Churches, Corporate, and Park delivery site locations are generally picked up within 30 minutes of the event end time. The customer is responsible for equipment from the time of delivery until it is picked up, never leave equipment unattended at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

7 or more days full refund given

7 days or less No refund given but credit towards a future rental date. Future rental date expires 1 year from date of original booking.

Deposit/Refund Policy:

To book your date and reserve your rental, payment is required at time of booking.

Simply book on the site, give us a call, or send us an email within 14 days before your next party rental. This will give us time to add you to our schedule and make sure everything you would like to rent would be available.

If cancellations are made more than 7 days prior of your event, any payments made will be refunded within 5 business days.  If cancellations are made less than 7 days of your rental date, any payments made will not be refunded. However, we will give you credit for a future rental. period that will expire 1 year from original booking date.

RAIN POLICY: In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 20mph) during your rental date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day as delivery with NO refund provided but credit for a future rental date (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% likelihood). Customer MUST CALL and cancel before 8am on the day of the event. 

If customer decides to go ahead with the order even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, than we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns, with NO refund provided but credit for a future rental date.

During rain/inclement weather, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatables, therefore we do cancel orders during raining/inclement weather days. However, since people do have events and parties that are usually planned out weeks/months before, we give customers the option to deliver the order or cancel it for days that are predicted to rain.

It is the customer’s responsibility to call Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More to cancel their order or go through with it during these rain/inclement weather days before 8am. If customer decides to cancel the rental, once Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More LLC driver has already arrived at their location, than Slidez, Yard Cardz, N’ More LLC reserves the right to charge customer a cancellation fee for not contacting before delivery and for making our driver do the labor work and drive out to your location.
